I have to say that I had high expectations of this book. Several friends adore it and there certainly is much hype about how fantastically funny it is. I did enjoy reading it - there are many funny moments and some interesting characters, and I love the relationship between "Good" & "Evil." I do have to say that this is not a book I will read "so often the cover falls off," as is repeatedly said when this book is discussed. I actually think Neil Gaiman's "American Gods," tackles the funny humanity of deities a lot better than this offering. I am glad I read it though, and had many good chuckles, but it's off to the Goodwill for this one.
